- Dharamshala:
It is the seat of administration of Dalai Lama, the exiled spiritual leader of Tibet. The town of Dharamshala is known for its woolen carpets. It is also famous for crafts made by the Tibetan population staying there.
- Kullu:
- Kullu is a well-known tourist destination and is very popular because of its Dusshera festival. Shawls, Himachali caps and woolen garments are main crafts of Kullu. Shawls made from wool obtained from Pashmina goats and Angora rabbits are specialities of Kullu.
