Listing Guidelines

To sell your products on Craftsinindia.com, first you need to get registered as a Vendor with us.

Crating a Listing:
  • Go to “Vendor Login” and login to Vendor Interface.


  • Add Product:


    • Product Category: Select the appropriate Category where you want to list your product.


    • Product Name: Write a good and relevant Product Name or Title. Buyers usually find products based on their name and titles.


    • Size: Mention the correct Size & Measurement of the product. Products for which Size can not be defined, you can leave this box.


    • Physical Weight: Mention the Physical Weight of the Product. Do not add Packaging Weight into this. Please note the weight will be displayed in LBS Unit. You need to convert Kg into LBS. (1 kg = 2.2 LBS)


    • Price: Mention the Selling Price on which you want to sell the product.


    • Description: Write a good and relevant Description of the product. Clear Description with all details will help you sell the product in better way. The maximum limit of words is 500, so keep your description short yet descriptive.


    • Add Product Picture: You can add two Product Pictures of different size. The maximum file size for small picture is 1 MB, and for big picture is 2 MB. Good quality picture can help you to sell your product.


    • Activate Product Listing: Click on “Activate” box to activate your listing. Kindly note that, Listing will get lived only after approval of Craftsinindia Admin. A mail will be sent to you informing your Listing is approved and has lived on site.


  • Update Product Details:


    • You can Update / Edit Product Details from this section at any time.


  • Update Product Live Status:


    • From this section you can update the live status (Activate or Deactivate) of your listings.


  • Delete Product:


    • From this section you can delete your listing on permanent basis. It means the deleted listing will no longer be active and lived on site.


  • Edit Personal Details:


    • You can edit and update the Personal Details in this section. We suggest you to update your personal details, whenever there is any change.


  • Change Password:


    • If you have forgotten or want to change the password, you can do the same from this section. A mail will be sent to you from Craftsinindia Admin with fresh password.
